1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or canned)
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 mini tart shells (store-bought or homemade)
✅Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). If using store-bought tart shells, place them on a baking tray.
Make the Filling:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
Fill the Tart Shells:

Spoon the passionfruit mixture into each mini tart shell, filling them evenly.
Bake:

Place the tarts in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is just set and slightly golden around the edges.
